Delete your account
Laila's Smoothie ShopEmail lailasmoothieshop@gmail.com from the Google email used to sign in to the game. Write “Account deletion” in the subject and include the in-game email address.
What will be deleted
- The Firebase account associated with the verified sign-in.
- Cloud game progress, level history, coins, diamonds, and owned game items.
- Decoration positions and sizing preferences stored in the cloud.
- Notification tokens associated with the account.
What may be retained
Google Play transaction records and information that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons may be retained by Google or as required by law.
Processing time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after account ownership is verified. Additional information may be requested only when necessary to verify ownership.

قد تحتفظ Google بسجلات معاملات Google Play، كما قد تُحتفظ بالمعلومات التي يلزم وجودها لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو محاسبية أو لمنع الاحتيال.
مدة التنفيذ
تتم معالجة طلبات الحذف عادة خلال 30 يومًا بعد التحقق من ملكية الحساب. وقد نطلب معلومات إضافية فقط عند الحاجة للتحقق من الملكية.
